In rare cases of damage during transit, if you receive damaged notebook, we will send you a fresh piece as a replacement. Just get it touch with us and send the picture of damaged item along with packing images within 7 days of delivery, we will initiate replacement as soon as possible.

Once placed, order can not be cancelled. If you have mentioned wrong/incomplete phone number or pin code or address details,  you'll be responsible for it. Delivery will be attempted maximum 3 times as per courier company's policies and rules, if you're not available at the time of delivery or premise is closed, or refuse the delivery, we won't be doing return or replacement or refund in such cases. If it's returned to us, you have to pay for reshipping, if it's delivered to wrong address due to wrong information provided by you, it would be the customer's accountability.

Once placed, order can not be refunded or cancelled since each product is unique and custom made and designed for you.
