Orders shipped via standard shipping will utilize either Shiprocket or DTDC standard shipping, depending on the shipping location. Both options will deliver within the same 8-12 business days after the date of shipment.

International shipping options vary by location, and will be presented at checkout.

Once an order is placed, we try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Send us a note at hello@quillbook.in. We’ll do our best to catch your package before it hits the road!

For non-India orders made on quillbook.in, there may be additional brokerage fees or surcharges as part of the customs and tax process. In addition, your government may charge you for receiving goods from the India depending on their policies. Please review your country’s import laws and fees before placing your order as we cannot cover these additional fees or provide inaccurate customs forms to avoid them. We also cannot issue a refund for shipments that are lost, abandoned, or refused due to unpaid local taxes/duties. Please be aware that orders can be delayed due to verification or the time of the order being placed and may be delivered in separate shipments.

We do not offer any warranties, nor do we offer replacements for wear and tear or damage from standard use.
Unopened and unused products purchased on the Quillbook website may be returned within 15 days of the original purchase.
We also offer replacements for manufacturer’s defects and items damaged in shipment, as determined by our support team.
If you believe you have received a defective product and may be eligible for a replacement, please contact our team via email at hello@quillbook.in. Images of any defects and proof of purchase will be required.
